• Test & Analytics Data: Answers submitted, scores achieved, time spent on tests, and overall performance metrics.
• Device Data: Device model, operating system version, and unique identifiers to ensure account security and compatibility.
• Sign-in Records: The date, time, IP address, device type and browser of each sign-in or registration, used to spot shared and compromised accounts.
• Payment Records: What you bought, the amount, the date and the payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree's payment page and never reach our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Platform, including user accounts and access to mock tests.
• Calculate and display your personalized performance analytics.
• Communicate account updates, security alerts, and important platform changes.
• Protect against unauthorized access, fraud, or abuse of the service.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We are committed to keeping your data private:

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
• Cashfree Payments (payment gateway): your name, email, mobile number and order amount, so a payment can be taken and reconciled. Cashfree handles the card/UPI details itself.
• Google Firebase (part of Google LLC): push notifications and crash reports from our Android app. Crash reports carry device and app state, not your test answers.
• Google (Gmail SMTP): delivery of account emails such as password resets.
• Hostinger (hosting): stores the database and files that run this service.
• Telegram: we publish study content to our public channel. Your first name is also announced there when you buy a membership — write to us if you would rather it was not.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

These are processors acting on our instructions, not independent owners of your data. We use Google Analytics to count visits to this website, and only after you accept analytics cookies; we do not run advertising networks.

4. Security of Your Data

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, to protect your information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Account and profile: for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete it, we act within 30 days.
• Test attempts and results: kept with your account, so your progress history stays intact. Removed when the account is deleted.
• Sign-in records: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
• Payment records: retained for 8 years even after an account is deleted, because Indian tax and accounting law requires it. These are kept for the transaction only and are not used for anything else.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
