This policy explains when you can cancel a purchase on myCBT and when a refund will be given. It applies to every paid product on the platform — wallet credits, PRO membership and test series — and applies equally whether you paid through the website or the Android app.

1. What You Can Purchase

• Wallet Credits — used to unlock premium mock tests, live tests and other paid content. Credits can also be earned free through referrals, reporting questions, Quiz Rush and KBC.
• PRO Membership — a subscription unlocking all PRO-only tests, test series and features for its validity period.
• Test Series — a one-time purchase granting access to a specific bundle of mock tests for a fixed validity period.

2. General Principle

Everything sold on myCBT is a digital product delivered instantly on successful payment. Because access is granted immediately and the content can be consumed straight away, sales are generally final. Refunds are made only in the specific situations set out in Section 4 below.

3. Cancellation

• Before payment — you may abandon a checkout at any point before the payment is authorised. Nothing is charged and nothing is delivered.
• PRO Membership renewals — you can cancel future renewals at any time from your subscription settings, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the period already paid for stays active until it expires.
• After delivery — credits, a membership or a test series cannot be cancelled once access has been granted, because delivery is instantaneous. A refund may still apply under Section 4.

4. When a Refund Is Given

We will refund you if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (a duplicate transaction).
• Money was deducted but the credits, membership or test-series access were never applied to your account.
• A verified technical fault on our side made the purchased content inaccessible and our support team could not fix it within a reasonable time.
• You were charged an incorrect amount because of a pricing error on the platform.

A refund request must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.

5. What Is Not Refundable

• Credits that have already been spent on a test or feature.
• PRO membership after it has been active for more than 48 hours, or once you have attempted any PRO-only test or series within that period.
• A test series that has been started (at least one mock test attempted), or whose validity period has expired.
• Purchases made using promotional, discounted or referral-bonus credits.
• Change of mind after successfully accessing the purchased content.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email futureapp999@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Your registered name and mobile number.
• The order or transaction ID, from your payment confirmation or SMS.
• A clear description of the problem.

We respond to refund requests 2–3 business days from receipt.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method — the same UPI ID, card or wallet the payment came from. Depending on your bank or payment provider it can take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. myCBT does not charge any fee for processing an approved refund.

8. Disputed or Unauthorised Charges

If you believe a charge is fraudulent or was not authorised by you, contact us immediately at futureapp999@gmail.com so we can investigate before you raise a dispute with your bank — that is usually the fastest route to a resolution.
